The UCC Vision Benefits Plan offers access to a nationwide network of over 30,000 vision care providers and coverage for eyeglasses and contact lenses, up to the Plan’s benefit maximum. In addition, the Plan offers extra discounts on sunglasses, lens options such as anti-reflective and scratch-resistant coatings, and laser vision correction.
Open enrollment for the Vision Plan is available now through April 30, 2010 for coverage effective April 1, 2010.
