Junior Analyst

The Analyst will support the investment programs ($3.3 billion assets) of the Pension Boards, as well as a large internal United Church of Christ client, United Church Funds (UCF). These functions include, but are not limited to, supporting the investment team in data collection to support the selection, evaluation and on-going monitoring of external investment managers in all asset classes. The analyst will assist with presentations to investment committee and internal/external clients; duties will be accomplished mainly through interfacing with internal colleagues, and utilization of appropriate databases.
 
This position reports to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO). The Analyst will maintain a positive attitude and ability to consistently exceed expectations while interacting with all colleagues.

Major Gifts Officer  

Position Summary: This position reports to the Philanthropy Officer. The Major Gifts Officer is responsible for contributing to a culture of fundraising excellence assisting leadership programs of Ministerial Assistance. The Major Gifts Officer holds responsibility for developing long-term philanthropic relationships with donors and prospects with the ultimate goal of soliciting these individuals for four and five figure gifts. This culture of excellence begins with modeling and maintaining a positive attitude and willingness to consistently exceed expectations while interacting with all colleagues. The Major Gifts Officer will work at the direction of the Philanthropy Officer to raise gifts from sources throughout the United Church of Christ, initially in support of the current capital funds campaign and then for the ongoing appeals and purposes of the United Church Board for Ministerial Assistance. This position offers a potential opportunity for growth into a major leadership role.
