Senior Specialist, Operations Processor - Consultant

Reports to: Senior Manager, Member Services Operations
Department: Member Services

The Senior Specialist, Program Administration position reports to the Senior Manager, Member Services Operations and is responsible for strengthening the knowledge of PBUCC’s benefit plans for internal teams, employers, and members and for supporting core business communications and reporting functions.

The role of Senior Specialist, Operations Processor is to work on special projects including Fidelity transition and monthly invoice process, and to respond to inquiries and requests from the members and employers regarding the data clean-up efforts and the Benefit Plans administered by the Pension Boards. Also, to maintain and update information on the members’ accounts in relation to their participation in these Plans.
